Describe what happened and which step you were on. You may attach the diagnostics file created in the app after reviewing it.

Open Settings > In-depth access to check or restore access. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Delete your account
Open Settings > Account > Delete account and confirm the request. Your local Journal stays on the device. An active App Store subscription must be canceled separately.
Privacy and terms
Never email your Apple password, purchase receipt, identity token, or other authentication credentials.
